HYBRID EVENT: Allies in a Dangerous Time: Navigating DEI with Two-Eyed Seeing

In a time of growing resistance to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) efforts, allyship is more critical—and more challenging—than ever. This interactive workshop presented by Kalawikk Diversity Inc.’s founder, Tera McDonald, explores what it means to be an ally in the current climate, using the Indigenous framework of Two-Eyed Seeing to blend lived experience with practical strategies.

Participants will gain strategies to navigate difficult conversations, sustain allyship without burnout, and take meaningful action in their communities. Through reflection and Q&A, we’ll explore how to stand in solidarity when it matters most.
